My car which was park was hit in July and had very little information from my Adjustor and was informed after a month of trying to reach some from the claim department is a nightmare. I have no vehicle and rental is expiring this weekend. They haven't contacted the other Adjustor insurance to collect so I could buy another car in a timely fashion. Still I'm waiting on my insurance which is mutual liberty to get there act together. I will be switching my insurance to better company. It's embarrassing to have the car rental place ask to contacted my insurance because there getting zero response from them to conduct business. I'm paid my bill on time with no late fees. The money I put into maintaining my insurance should at least had this company put a little effort in contacting me .

I canceled my policy with them before my payment for the next month was due. I was completely paid up when I canceled it. I have been getting threatening emails from them saying I owe them money when I don't. MY boyfriend has contacted them and told them that we don't owe them any money and that we weren't going to pay them money that we don't owe. They said Okay, and we figured it was over and done with. Since then I have gotten two emails from them threatening me, saying if we don't pay they will send us to collections. I DON'T RECOMMEN ANYONE TO GO TO LIBERTY MUTUAL. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR CAR INSURANCE AND THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR THINGS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION
