Last October 2024 I visited John’s office to change my Medicare plan with Medica insurance. We agreed on the plan. Had a short visit and I left his office January 2025 I had not received my new Medica insurance card. I called John I inquired as to why I hadn’t received one. His comment was “”you are the second one from your area that didn’t get one. I’ll check into it and call you back “”.. 2 days later I called John. He wasn’t in his office. I was assured that he would return my call. None. Next day I called his office again., I was told he just went across the bank, I’ll have him return your call. He did not. I called Medica insurance. They had no application for me on plan change and non in pending. I called Medicare. After explaining all the above, Medicare approved the plan change. T

I've been a customer of Community Insurance for years. The staff there offer excellent customer service and are always quick to respond to any messages left. I had hail damage to my home and vehicles about 4 years ago and Community Insurance made the whole process of having repairs done organized and easy to understand.

I have been insured for many years through products recommended by Community Insurance. They currently bundle our homes and automobiles. They have always always been available by phone—no irritating digital voice messages saying “all our agents are busy serving other customers…”. If they need to return a call, they do it promptly and always provide requested information clearly. They have been very helpful with insurance claims for storm damage and good advisors. Rates have been reasonable.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the high level of professionalism and customer care than I am with Robbyn and the team at Community Insurance. Robbyn always goes the extra mile when I call for a quote, ask a question or to discuss a concern. The team at Community Insurance is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I'm very happy to be served by John and the team at Community Insurance Agency in Milltown. We had a fairly significant claim on some rental properties due to hail and, as always, John communicated openly and honestly and I was very satisfied with the outcome. It's great to have a local agent who I know and trust representing multiple companies.
