Columbus insurance Benefits

The customer service rep was amazing! I did wait almost 30min on hold but I think that was because it was lunch time(i called a little after 12:15) and the gentleman who forwarded me must not have realized the time. The customer rep help fix an issue about a service that was saying not covered(but was) as well as found another demied claim that should have been covered (from over a year and a half ago). I really wish I was better with names so I could give her the kudos she deserves.Lets say Im quite elated this morning :)
