Jay is fantastic! I was told by Connect for Health Colorado that I couldn't be insured when my COBRA ran out even though I still had 2 weeks to go before it stopped. I called Jay and right away he took care of it.. No lapses in insurance for me. He helped narrow down all the plans and gave me the info I needed to decide what one was best for myself. No steering or pressure whatsoever. Jay is also on the board for Connect for Health Colorado so he appreciated the feedback from what I was told on the call center. I would encourage anyone to ask Jay for help instead of trying to go through all the confusing plans by oneself.
