What kind of rip-off are you trying to pull?? I received a letter signed by "Attorney-in-Fact" stating that my ERISA Bond with Colonial expired on 8/23/2025 and threatening that I was out of compliance with the Department of Labor and facing penalties and fines for not meeting my fiduciary responsibility. Imagine my surprise at this, since my ERISA bond is and always has been with Travelers and was renewed in April this year...

I needed a bond quickly. I was helping a family keep their loved one’s money away from vultures. Jennifer was able to do that for me. We initially had an issue, but she just on it right away. Then I had a problem with FedEx getting me my paperwork. Jennifer tried to help with this issue too. Since I had to pick up the paperwork myself I felt a refund would be given. FedEx would, but Colonial Surety did. Thank you all for the work you do.

If I could give a zero or a negative review I would. This company was emailed three separate times to correct the information on their bond. One was because my name had my old last name, two was because the dates were wrong. I stood at the court house to get my notary commission produced and they told me they could not give me permission to change my bond dates and I would have to be reissued another one. Each time its reissued it must be notarized AGAIN. The manager stated to me on speaker phone that the company issues bonds on the information given and that it is the states job to let them know if laws have changed for states. SO JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW THE LAWS FOR STATES THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO REPRESENT YOU IN IF YOU NEED TO GO TO COURT. AS STATED FROM THE MA
