Used to be a great company when it was Kingsley Insurance. Slowly went down hill. Now I have to talk to someone in grand rapids about my policies and every time I call or email, the person I talked to last no longer works there. Then, they say they'll get back to you and don't. I loved auto Owners but this place has gone down the toilet. Been with them for close to 20 years and moving on.

Great customer service. Great rates. Update- pay attention to the rates! It increased for no apparent reason. Also, I wouldn’t give that rating now that my agent Buffy has moved on to a different company. Now I’d give them a 3. The rest of the staff just wasn’t at her level.

Most people have horror stories about their insurance company/agency and I'm very proud to say I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here at Collins and Associates. They are very knowledgeable and they truly do care about their customers. I recommend them highly.

This is the greatest Insurance Agency I've ever met a truly will shop to save you money and one of their biggest providers is Auto-Owners what a great company what a great Insurance Agency very friendly very fast. Fishing very nice thank you for all that you do Kingsley Insurance Agency

Bad customer service. Line is always busy and to many mistakes were made. Grange fixed them in the end but I can't trust a company that forgets to add cars to my policy when I call. Stay away!
