I have never had any issues with Allstate. They will work with you, get back to you and keep things moving at an almost brisk pace. The only hold up in this latest experience was the part was on a 3 week back order, which they were quick to let me know a rental was included in my insurance package should I need it. Thanks for being there!

I was with Allstate for years until things evolved and I got a bad agent who knew nothing more than push pricing up and provide no real service. After that individual was gone and the Millington branch received a new agent I went back to the insurance company I never wanted to leave. So far I am very appreciative of the personal service I have received and the willingness to answer my questions with a helpful attitude. My business really seems to matter and the best policies for my needs are being provided.

Whenever I call there are issues. I called about a problem and was told I haven’t spoke with them since 2020. Which is crazy because my car was stolen in 2023. The old office I was at, I could speak directly with the same agents vs ones throughout the world. It’s very impersonal now. I don’t like it.

I was dealing with Jordan for my 2 cars, and 2 homeowner insurance. I paid in full for all policy before policy become active. He said he will not claim to lender and he will send invoice to me to submit same to lender. My home loan lender is Wells Fargo and lender also paid for homeowner insurance as they received payment request from agent. Lender mailed check to Allstate TX office. When I call 1-800 number to Allstate they are redirecting me to contact agent. As per last conversation he will return my payment once he received check from lender. He will not receive as lender sent check to TX office and not to agent. I emailed to him to follow up with Allstate. He did not respond for emails. I’ll not deal with Allstate again once I receive my payment.
