I have been a long time customer of Colin Giles. I recently received incorrect information from him on two separate occasions. The result was a cancellation of my auto insurance, and he never contacted me about the cancellation. When I questioned him, his responses were evasive and full of excuses. After over 35 years as a customer, I expected more. I have since dropped him as an agent. Be careful when using him.
Have had Colin for my State Farm agent for about seven years now and he's been great. He's always been very quick to respond whenever I've had a question or needed to make a change in coverage. I'd happily recommend Colin to anyone in need of home or auto insurance!
Talk about a real and honestly nice guy!! I absolutely love that there is still a few good people in the insurance industry, and I met one. Colin has been working insurance for approx. 38yrs and really knows what is going on, and is honest about it!! How refreshing!! It's not a 'sale' to him, it's about building relationships, and I can completely appreciate that!! Thank you Colin, for being you!!
