I recently spoke with Karrie to update my auto insurance due to a vehicle trade-in & new car purchase. Within minutes, I received an email from her with the updated binder and temp ID card. I found Karrie to be professional, friendly, and accurate. I'm grateful for the Colin Charlson agency, and the excellent service the team provides. Thanks again Karrie! From 2 years ago: I spoke with Abby regarding the need for a windshield replacement. She was both pleasant to deal with, and very efficient. I was impressed with her willingness to contact and provide the glass vendor with a claim number, which she then confirmed with me. Was very impressed by the service I received while shopping/comparing homeowners and auto coverage. Mari was great: super knowledgeable and responsive. She found several ways to save on both auto and home, and also some coverages that I hadn't thought of, at reasonable rates. As a result, I ended up going with State Farm. I'm new to State Farm and this agency but so far so good.
