Colin Allen - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm lost a long term customer because of this agent and his hopelessly incompetent staff. A year after my life partner passed away I am STILL dealing with this agent's failure to make all of the needed changes to my policies. And they do not return phone calls. This is a very bad insurance agency and not to be trusted. The only reason they get one star is that I cannot post this review with zero stars - which is more than they deserve.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STATE FARM! If I could give 0 stars I would, If Collin Allen knew what was good for him he would fire Wendy(receptionist who hates her job) today! EVERY SINGLE time I have to call state farm for simple questions or concerns, I get this rude condescending attitude on the other line of the phone and low and behold it is always Wendy. If you ask to speak to Collin she never allows you too, she cuts you off when speaking, provides false information and lies about what she previously said, and when you finally do get a call back from Collin, the story is completely different! I just don't understand how he can allow someone like that to work for him, when she's running his customers away, if he truly valued his position in state farm and cared about his customers he

I joined Statefarm in 2006, in 2007 after I had my son Mr. Colin came to my home to introduce to up the importance of life insurance. He made sure we received the right coverage and i would recommend his business to any and everyone, anytime and everywhere!

Colin and his team were very helpful. Colin knows what he is doing and was able to get me the exact insurance I needed with affordable prices. Thank you guys for all your help!
