We had an 9:30 apt this morning with Cole Walters, he was about 15-20 minutes late, his Secretary said he wasn’t there but no other explanation. When he came in he walked by us 2 times and never spoke to us. When we went into his ofc he asked what he could could do for us(very blunt, no good morning, no apology for being late, very rude young man)and me and my husband both said Good Morning. Cole told us that his Secretary was bullied by my husband because he stood too close to her desk(he is 81 and hard of hearing). We were in his ofc. last week to see him, we had questions for him about our policy changes we had gotten in the mail(we had rec’d 3 different letters from State Farm, we have been with them for 62 years).
