Sue Nason has done a wonderful job helping us navigate all of our insurance needs, especially after my dad passed away. She made a difficult time so much easier for us. Most recently, Marisa Newton helped us after a car accident. I had never had an accident before and she was so patient answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the insurance claim process. I always felt so relieved after our phone calls.
