I have been doing business with this locally owned and operated insurance company for over a decade. They will do the legwork, get quotes from multiple sources and find the best deal on whatever you want insured. They have always treated me as a person everytime I stop to pay my insurance or have general questions about it. They are always a pleasure to do business with. Give them a swing, I think you will be hard-pressed to find a better deal in Gautier, Mississippi.

Same for me on trying to get quotes. I figured I would try to use a local business but twice was promised a quote the same day, I didn’t need a same day quote but basically why tell me you’ll have something for me by the end of day but never even contact me back at all. I feel like twice I gave them an opportunity to communicate, but I guess they don’t need my business. Update: 23 April 2022. Update: Thanks Mr Jim Twiggs for following up on this review and making sure the communication is there now.

Called for a quote last week, when I called back to check on the quote it turns out they hadn’t even placed the house in the system so they never even quoted the house. The truth of the matter is that you can’t have sales without service and apparently service is non existent at this company if no one is even quoting

All the employees were very friendly and polite. The owner came out to answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the price for condo insurance.

I switched to Coastal because they had the best prices for my rental properties. Great service
