Super responsive and very kind service. I got into an accident and they answered my call quickly and stayed calm and helped me through everything, including giving advice. They have also consistently helped me save money on my insurance with my home and rental properties every year, and it’s a very well run family business.

Does not return calls and did not cancel insurance when asked to do so. Did not help to fix her mistake either and forced me to make a payment on cancelled insurance. For those that have insurance, miss a payment and they do not cover your accident, beware that is false. They still cover you for 30 days and claim you owe them for the premium.
