CMS,LLC is a great company. I think what confuses many people is that they are a wholesaler, not a broker for a policy. They work with insurance brokers ONLY to give your everyday retail broker access to various insurance markets. Yes, their name appears on peoples policies, but the people should always get in touch with their regular broker or insurance company, not CMS. As for insurance brokers, these guys are wonderful and have access to numerous carriers. They are fantastic to work with, even with hard to fit risks. I deal more with them on the Commercial side and they are my go to wholesaler. They are knowledgeable, great with communication and responsive. I am not left chasing them down for documents, loss runs or anything else. Ask once and I get it shortly thereafter. I highly rec

Although we paid the premium up front and in full, in March of 21, the property was sold in June. We have requested a prorated reimbursement in August, which was never paid. It is now December 16, and still no check. They are scammers.,

This is part of the Insurance Company Had them for more than ten years They were the best Not again new young generation/Management Needs much more training and improvement. Sorry
