There is no other insurance company with worse customer service than this one. It’s Monday, 11:20 a.m., and none of the extensions answer; they all go straight to voicemail! Terrible! Where are the people who work here?

Very disappointing experience. Sent all information needed for a quote 2 months in advance, followed up on my end with two emails and got no response. Called and got a call back from someone at home(could hear pans clanking)and was given a price(maybe). Never got one sent, not professional at all. Advertise they want Transport Companies but then told they are surplus lines and was only given a verbal rate. Would not recommend.

Look else where to do business. Took out Workers comp when we had Nanny back in 3/2/2015, which was thru Amtrust. Cost was $314 with option to pay in 2 installments. We decided to just pay all at once...mistake. Cancelled almost 1/2 year later In September b/c we moved and no longer had a nanny. Was expecting something close to $150 back. Fast forward another 6 months, and still hadn't received our refund. After numerous emails, they refunded us $2...citing 'minimums' that were not disclosed when they gave us the quote. Amtrust told us that since we went thru Cluett, they had to be the ones to do revisions to get the majority of our refund back. Today, got another email back saying they could prorate some of the contract, and to look for a $30 refund in mail in 30-45 days. That means,

Would never use this company again once Jeff cluett left the company is terrible. Will not respond to calls or emails. Strongly recommend you find another company. I would put 0 stars if I could. I was with this company for 6 years

Great family run business putting my needs first every time. Have used them for multiple policies and always got the best rate compared to others. Highly recommend.
