The company no long cares about their customers. They would rather leave their customers stranded on the side of the road so they can save a few buck. Their new Road Side reimbursement coverage, AKA Road Side assistance, is a joke they charge you for a service you have to pay out of pocket then hope when or if they reimburse you, and if you don't have the money on you your stuck on the side of the road.
