The office was very inviting. The receptionist was very helpful and very polite. Miss Shannon is my agent. The way she created my policy. I was very impressed. She got everything that I needed. She took me step-by-step through the policy. when I tell you, it felt like Miss Shannon had been there forever and she had only been there for a couple of days so I was very impressed with the work that she did on my behalf. Mission was very pleasant very polite very knowledgeable. I would just like to thank her for everything she did for me made my process very easy.🥰
