Very little to say that is good about this place. This company says it's now by appointment only. I remember when you could drop by your insurance company if you had any questions. Seems like they don't want to deal with people face to face unless they actually have to. They have extremely high prices. Poor customer service and interactions, and Marge is rather obtuse. Speaking to her is like a never ending circle, and she seems so clueless. Not helpful. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE WHATSOEVER** Happy to say I switched to American Family Insurance. I HAVE SAVED OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS..... Shop around people, there's better options out there!!

The interaction that I have had with Clevenger was amazing. Gina was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. She went above and beyond in looking for insurance for our very unique situation. Definitely would recommend this team! Thanks Gina and Clevenger Insurance Agency for such great service.

I have been with Erie Insurance for a number of years and have had no problems with them. However my agent never spoke to me after signing up. And beings I felt I was just an account number and money in their pockets, I switched to an agency much closer to me and find my agent, Jodie to be a very friendly and caring person who I hope to keep her and Clevenger as my agents for many years to come
