Angela Frew and Cleveland Insurance is the best I have dealt with anywhere. Angela, goes above and beyond answering questions, getting the best rates and customer service is impeccable. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, kind and courteous are just a few words that I would use to describe Angela and Cleveland Insurance.

I love Cleveland insurance. Angela Frew takes her time to give you the best rates possible and is a very personable agent. She goes above and beyond as an agent and I would highly recommend anyone.

In my opinion there is absolutely no way I would rate this agency as an insurance agent. The most they are is insurance salesman. Once the insurance is obtained the representation becomes non-existent. I have had to take it upon myself to answer all my own insurance questions, although I did ask Angela first who stated that she had no idea and never ever followed through answering any questions. Once again I am basing this on my experience with Angela crew. Your experience may vary I have no idea but I felt betrayed.
