I have used CMI for many years. Several things stand out: Insurance can be complex, they make it easy. Great customer service. I set myself up so that they contact me to "review and shop" my coverage every 3 years. I would lose track of that myself. Doing it annually is annoying. Every 3 years is a good interval to assure value. Really nice people. I'm always treated like one of the family.

I have been with this agency for years now for any of my insurance needs. I used to work with Alex all the time before and he was always great, always a pleasure to work with. A year or two ago I started working with Lindey, she is great to work with as well, she replies to your emails as soon as possible within minutes I would say. She is always honest with you about your insurance needs and won't stop looking at options until she finds you the best insurance option for you, and if she just can't find a better deal for you she would be up front and honest with you about it. She is very attentive as well and takes pride for what she does. Would definitely recommend their office for any insurance needs.
