I have had State Farm for about 2 years now but haven’t had to contact them until this week as I needed to make some changes to my policy. I spoke with Mary who was amazing and helped me make the necessary changes to my policy. She was very patient and helped me carefully navigate the changes so I could get the best rate. I really appreciate her patience with me and her commitment to reach back out to me before heading out for the day to ensure that I was taken care of. Claudia’s team is great and would recommend them to any one shopping around for insurance.
