Great staff! Great prices! All around wonderful experience with Clark Insurance. Have had for quite sometime, and would not go to another insurance agent!

Will be leaving as soon as possible. When things get interesting for you like they have for me and your bank acct gets hacked this company will not except cash payments. Huge red flag. Instead they want me to jump through hoops and go to Walmart for a cashiers check to pay them. Absolute joke of a company if I could give em a half a star I would. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This agency was working on a quote to renew my policy and when I informed them within 24-48 hours that I had already obtained insurance directly through the company, they told me I still owed them $800+ for the quote/policy and admin fees. I never consented to the renewal policy and after months of the agency trying to bill me, they turned it over to progressive and now I can't get Progressive Insurance because they say I owe $800+ for a policy I never consented to. Shame on Clarke and shame on Progressive.

I have been a customer with Clark Insurance for a few years. The staff there in my book is exceptional. I have worked with a few people, but April's cheer assistance is always a plus. Nikki has helped me the last year and is equally amazing. For only speaking to them a few times a year, they treat you more like family, then just a customer. I highly recommend their services!
