Claims Resolution Corporation

For starters I had a workman’s compensation settlement. And in NJ you are supposed to be paid WITHIN 60 days. Since the judge signed off it has been 75 days now and excuse after excuse . On day 75 they had a “finance meeting” knowing Damn well they have 60 days BY LAW to pay the claim out. I was told my check was cut over 30 days ago and STILL NOT IN THE MAIL. . It is just mind blowing that I have to have my attorneys handle this problem now. Hands down THE WORST company o have EVER dealt with in my entire life

I was called to be told my claim was denied and that there would be a letter stating the same thing. The woman on the phone wanted to argue and have some kind of power over me with her statements. I had no claim. I was attacked by a child on my job and I did seek treatment, and returned to work the same day. Issue resolved but no this idot calls me with threats and now I'm upset. What kind of resolution is that to stir the pot? Really, I was told that my claim would not be approved. I say any fool who listens to these people who are in the buisness of saying " No" just for the sake of money deserves what they get. If you feel really injured or ill by an incident. Call EMS and then see your workers comp people. Because the Workers comp may not be capable to provide the best care. I was lef

Taking these guys to court over lies on their end, misinformation and what I consider an outright scam.

This corporation is very condescending and unprofessional. I urge any company not to contract with them, unless you want to be sued because that's what their demeanor pushes you to do. The adjusters make your want to seek an attorney. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR CLAIMS. YOU WILL LOSE MORE MONEY!

The most rudest people on the planet they must really hate their jobs honestly. They have no customer service skills. File your claim with a more reliable decent carrier. Don’t waste your time.
