0 stars Ms. Nesreen Mustafa had such an ugly attitude I opted to leave a soon as posible. So I walked in and immediately she made an ugly remark ugh!!! like I was interrupting something which I don't think I was. The after some questions she asked me for the registration and I said I don't have it but I have a picture in my phone and she goes ugh!!!.... so I grab her card and she might of noticed I was gonna leave a review so she took her attitude from 5 to 3... MS. NESREEN MUSTAFA PLS. If you don't like your job just quit don't make our life's miserable like yours

Esteban was fantastic! He addressed all my questions and demonstrated extensive knowledge about Mercury Insurance. I had previously gone in with someone else who didn't possess the same level of expertise. I highly recommend asking for Esteban he's excellent!
