Genuine feedback from a happy customer: I ran into issues with my previous car insurance as they stopped servicing in California leaving me with a very expensive option. Left with no other options and no time to invest in overwhelming car insurances searches I resorted to Cindy for assistance as she's help me with my taxes in the past. In the past, when purchasing car insurance, I never felt welcomed to ask questions regarding coverage and what some words meant because it's all insurance lingo. However, when I brought this up to Cindy, she was very patient and encouraging in having me feel comfortable to ask away and I appreciated that. I loved that I was able to contact Cindy over the phone, make clear what I needed, was provided details of the documents required for the process, and

First two visits were great,however the third was ridiculous. With days of anticipation we made an appointment at 1pm Thursday . Day comes and we show up on time. We were the only people waiting in there for 50 minutes. I ask the assistant how much longer it would take and she said 5-10 mins. So we wait,however, another person had gotten there 50 minutes later then we had and they attended him first. An hour and 15 minutes of my day wasted. They had said “he will just sign quickly and we will be with you” it was not quick. Instead of 5-10 minutes,it ended up being 20 and god knows how much longer if we would not have left.
