How rude can your receptionist possibly be? I tried calling to schedule an appointment with my doctor today and when I searched your number online, I was sent to a random Cigna office. This has happened before. The nice man on the phone found your number and connected me. The receptionist treated me like dirt just because of it. She kept being short and saying “mmhmmm” and when I let her know this happens when I search she just bluntly stated your phone number then asked what my insurance is. I told her I’m not new to the office and she says “I thought you were a new patient confused when trying to reach us” (again very rude tone). I’m sick of feeling like I’m not wanted or a nuisance every time I try to schedule an appointment here so I’m done. By the way I worked in the medical field a

Absolutely terrible office. NEVER GO HERE. My wife went in to issues relating that we think might be related to Ovarian Cancer. We just wanted a referral to get some tests done, but they refused and just told my wife to get weight loss surgery. Very unprofessional and they don't care one bit about their patients.

Their customer service is excellent and they’re great at finding discounts without sacrificing coverage.

Just went in to see about facilities. Clean. Courteous not crowded. In all fairness we do not start until new year with Cigna. To be continued...... With future honest updates folks... Thanks!
