After going to the doctor and getting the bill I don't understand what I pay for exactly.

They take your premium and then fight you on paying every claim correctly. Their website is down when you try to go view your account. The money you "save" by using them is paid for in the amount of time and energy you have to spend fighting with them. Use any other health insurer and you'll have a better experience.

They’re a joke of a company. They constantly deny my moms very much needed medication because they list it as a speciality medication. They’re jokes my mom pays 375 a month and they barely cover anything much less the meds she needs.
