Chuck Pittman - State Farm Insurance Agent

This agency is exactly what I was hoping for from State Farm. After my long term State Farm agent had closed their agency, I was shuffled around by corporate to other agencies. Once I learned that I could choose my own agent, Chuck Pittman was highly recommended, even by another former agent. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly young lady, who was courteous and kind - she really listened. Emilee then introduced me to Patrick who took care of everything necessary to transfer to this agency. He did everything on line (…which I could not have done!) and I was good to go in 30 minutes. Plus, the 3 of us realized we had met previously - even better. This was exactly “the hometown State Farm” I grew up with and, like my parents and grandparents, had been with for decades

We switched to Chuck last year after our former insurance provider doubled our rates. Chuck insured our home and vehicles. Patrick was upfront regarding the premiums and worked to negotiate the best deal. When State Farm raised homeowner rates, Patrick contacted us and let us know, no surprises. I have had nothing but positive results and positive attitudes for this office. I work mainly with Pat, and he has gone over and above to help me in whatever way he can. Customer service is a 10/10 in my book.
