My review is based on my experience with Jeannie (JJ) and purchasing insurance for a mobile home. I must say, what an amazing, pleasant experience dealing with Jeannie! I am relocating from New York to Florida and it's a very stressful time/experience. Jeannie has been such a blessing. I asked a million questions and had her redo my quote numerous times and she remained so patient and kind throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and actually follows up. She helped to put my mind at ease. I highly suggest asking for Jeannie when you call this office.

This is a very delayed review. Our van, self-build motorhome, has been insured with State Farm through agent Jeannie J (JJ) for three years. We had very good and pleasant experience with JJ. When we first started, she checked every discount we can get and gave us a very reasonable quotation. Later on down the road, whenever we have any questions, she is always there for us, so patient, kind, and knowledgeable on the work she does.We can’t thanks her enough for all the support she gave to us over the years. Thank you, Jeannie!!!

Cant thank them enough for all the time and assistance I personally received from Jeannie J., she literally saved me $355 per month YES per month for the same insurance I had from a different major company I had been with and OVER paying with for years! I now have all our vehicles and even have family members that have switched with auto and also purchased life insurance from this agent. They truly have one of the best customer service teams ice ever dealt with. Thank you!

i have been with this office for years and Jeannie is the best!! She takes time to treat you with the highest level of respect, maximizes and evaluates every option available ,and gives individualized, person centered services.....to date I have never received any on size fits all response. I relocated and was directed to switch my "local office", but refused to do so - solely from the great experiences and service I have had from this office specifically. Last but not least - the receptionist is a hot commodity.....beyond beautiful!!
