Chubb Group of Insurance Co

It’s been 3 weeks since their insured driver backed into the car, and there has been little to no communication from Ace American Insurance/Chubb and their third party claims handler ESIS. The car is currently being held at the dealership because of lack of communication and no clear process for submitting supplements for approval. I’ve never seen or experienced anything like this. We will be contacting the Insurance Board and our attorney.

I only gave a 1 star because NO stars wasn't an option. When I pay for a service, I expect COMMUNICATION and atleast SOME customer service. I filed a claim on January 9th, I was told 7-14 days for a "decision". On January 30th my claim was moved to "initially review" after I called to find out why I haven't heard from them. The CSR I spoke to informed me that the person reviewing my case was just hired and would be in training all week. I was then forwarded to the Supervisors voicemail. I left a message and never heard from this person. This company is a complete scam. If you've read this far, do not waste your time or money on this incompetent business. My attorney has been contacted.

One of their clients hit my car causing serious damage to the front and rear of my vehicle! On April 13th. Here it is August, and my vehicle still hasn't been repaired! I've called and called, but just keep getting the run around!

Carmen is rude don’t work with her totaled my bf car as a loss and he was gonna pay 1000 for it but they want him to pay like 8,000 now

Never had to file a claim but they have very competitive rates and were easy to deal with.
