Christy and her team are always very friendly, patient and helpful. They are experienced in knowing what my insurance needs are and helping me to get the most out of my home and auto policies. As a new resident to Georgia, I am very grateful and blessed that I have found this agency to help me. Thanks to Christy and Linda for all your help.

I had an issue and a deadline with my auto insurance. After speaking with customer service, my pressing matter wasn’t resolved. It came to me to visit a local office. Long story short, when I walked in, Christy quite friendly asked me how I was doing to which I responded hopefully better by the time I leave. I just want to say that Christy resolved my issue and immediately was familiar with what I needed. It didn't take her long and she was so kind, caring and thorough with what I needed. I wish more people were like this. She made my day. I asked for her card. Christy deserves this review and I hope all those who are interested in Allstate Insurance would make it a goal to visit this office. Thank you Christy, your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. I called regarding information about receiving a 30 day binder and to confirm if we were on the GA registry so as to receive our new tags (we moved from another state). The woman who answered the phone answered with a condescending tone, grilled me with unnecessary questions, and spoke to me as though she was frustrated and annoyed with my call. Now prior to this I had pretty decent dealings with the office, but the total lack of respect I was provided over the phones and her lack of professionalism, sealed with once the conversation was over, NO “have a nice day” or “thank you for choosing Allstate”. Will be looking for insurance coverage elsewhere.

It was a very personable experience. Kristy and her family always make everything so simple. If I need to replace a document or anything that i lose, they get it to me asap. They have never answered the phone with an attitude and they are always pleasant!
