We were with the parents for many years. They were so nice to us we stayed with them even though they were a little more. They were always very helpful with new autos or campers ext. Now the sons have taken over and prices have skyrocketed. I would go back if they would work with us on price . I went with another for over $150 less monthly . It’s been over a year now maybe two. In my business we take care of our customers. Especially when it’s been well over 10 years

Contacted Chris for a DP3 landlord policy for an investment property that is used as an Airbnb. He seemed more interested in selling a unit of property / liability insurance than ensuring his client was 100% comfortable with the coverages and exclusions of the policy he was proposing. When questioned on the selection of carrier and coverages, he quickly took a tone --with a new client who proactively reached out to him, no less! I do not recommend this agent. Look elsewhere for someone who will take the time to fully understand your business model and provide actual example policy language.

Christopher is an outstanding Allstate agent! I have been a customer of Allstate for over 30 years, and he is the best agent that I have experienced. Customer service is good but recently Allstate prices have gone up ridiculously high. I've had my license for 32 years, i don't have tickes or accidents and have never filed a claim yet my monthly payments went from $276 to $398 and all they can say is that everything went up. I went with a different company same coverage for half the price. Search around for a better price.

Staff is very responsive and knowledgeable, and costs are fair. Never had to make a claim and hopefully will never have the need, but I feel as though I can trust they will provide me with excellent and timely attention and care.
