The blonde-haired Portuguese woman working the desk on the right, in particular, spouted lies and slander within two minutes, the likes of which I've never heard from an insurance agent. I pretended to believe her. Fortunately, I found a better and faster insurance company. This agency is a complete disappointment. Be very careful. I absolutely do not recommend it. Be careful with your money!!!!!

I recently bought a car, and I had planned to check with her once I learned how she handled my dad’s case. However, I found her approach to be unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would not recommend her services at all in the future.

While Anne has agreed to address my concerns, the actions taken have been inconsistent with her verbal commitments. As a loyal customer, I feel frustrated and neglected.
