Christopher Insurance Inc and No Hassle Tag and Title

I’ve delt with Christopher Insurance a few times. The front desk girls are fantastic and couldn’t be nicer. The owner has always been incredibly unpleasant to deal with though. We had a mutual customer at one point and it was very clear he had no interest in what was best for our customers. I wouldn’t recommend them for any services.

After finding 2 other title companies closed on a Monday morning and the other in Cambridge,Md with a representative who didn't understand the meaning of and/or I found this company with an employee who clearly knew what she ead doing and understand what the other company did not. I stopped in and had my tags in well under 10 minutes. Fast, professional and knew what they were doing. The price was fair and not having to deal with the MVA is priceless. I would highly recommend this company.

I was gifted a car from out of state, so a few tag/title complications came with that. The employees here made the process simple and easy, and even put my new tags on the car for me. I definitely recommend them if you have a unique or complicated situation with tags and titles!

I called Trying to find out cost of tagging an old truck historic and cost of switching title over. Very coldly told I have to bring information and go to them. I'm trying to get an idea of how much I have to get together. Felt like spider trap once in your stuck with them no matter how overpriced it might feel. I think that's a horrible way to conduct business. Especially in today's economy. Not everyone has free money

Showed absolutely no compassion or respect to me when I went in to turn off my dad's and step moms car and truck insurance off and return their tags when I told them they had just both died within 24 hours of each other three days prior . My Dad was loyal with this company for over 18 years . The man wouldnt even help me by taking my address when I tried to give it to them so I can pay my dads bill. Not to mention speak to me at all on my dads home owners Insurance , which was coming up be both renewed and paid for, even though my dads house is now mine. Clearly he didn't understand that I now choose who will hold the home owners Insurance now which definitely won't be him. Christopher insurance has, by far, the very worse customer service .
