Company is Shady. They CLAIM to have insured a flooring installer, and still have yet to show us proof otherwise. We needed to make a claim, as a child in my daycare was hurt due to the flooring install, and instead of providing that information, instead Susan responds with "Scott told me not to send you over anything" This is so he can't get sued, and this company apparently thinks that is A-OK for a 2 year old child to get stiches, and to cover it up. BTW DO NOT USE OPTIMUM Flooring. He will come in do the job, leave, take ur money and then blame issues on the flooring itself. Good Luck getting anywhere with any of these two companies. They are Shady. Be careful.
