I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience with with my agent Rosa Serrano, she is always communicative, empathetic, and efficient.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my State Farm agent- Jaimie! From the start, they’ve been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best coverage for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dependable. I truly feel like I’m in good hands—highly recommend!

I recently moved here and had State Farm from another state. My transition over to CT insurance was not exactly the smoothest as there was incorrect information on my consumer report (Keep an eye on that, people! It can cause a lot of problems!) I am so grateful for Jaimie and the team at this office for their willingness to work with me and help me get down to the bottom of it. Jaimie was extremely nice and offered all sorts of suggestions to help me build the best policy that fits my needs and my budget. Overall, I'm extremely happy I stuck with State Farm.

I’ve worked with Christine’s office for many years mostly in commercial both also recently with her staff on personal insurance. If they can’t be competitive on a policy they tell you !
