Kristyn is incredibly responsive…whether by email or phone, she gets back to us quickly and is always available when we have questions. She is very thorough and has walked us through every situation where we’ve needed extra guidance, making what could feel overwhelming much easier to navigate. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and have always had great service. Didn’t need it often but if I did, SF was always in my corner and made a difficult ult situation easier. Since I moved to NJ, I had to get a new SF agent. I assumed I would get the quality care I always receive from SF. I definatley picked the right agent. Christine and her staff have been amazing. Since NJ is typically higher than other states, Kristen did an amazing job explaining and breaking down all of my coverage and options so I could understand . Kristen was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. If I called or emailed when she was not available, she always called me back in an acceptable time frame. State Farm, Christine and of course Kristen get 5 stars. Only cause I couldn’t give any more
