We switched to State Farm with Christian roughly 3 years ago, and it has been the best decision yet! From buying a new home, new cars, hail storms.. you name it! Christian has always been available to us at all hours, and that is priceless to us. Our cost has decreased over the years, and that has not been the case with any other agency we’ve carried. I was a customer for 17 plus years with the lizard mascot insurance company. After our 1st ever at fault very minor parking lot accident, Geico almost DOUBLED my monthly premium! When I called and asked if there was anything that could be done to lower my rate, they basically told me to kick rocks. That's when I called State Farm in Hurricane and spoke with Ty Parkins. Ty is personable, friendly and most importantly attentive to your insurance needs. Ty is a compliment to Mr Brand & State Farm and I can't recommend him enough. He got my rate almost back down to what I was paying before and now with a $0 deductible on Comprehensive and an increase to $50 a day on Rental Coverage. I'm very pleased and looking forward to my new relationship with State Farm, thanks again Ty!
