Christian Becker - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just recently got life insurance with Christian Becker State Farm. He explained the options in detail to me so I could choose the best for my current situation. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He made the process really easy for me to understand. I highly recommend him as your insurance agent.

We had slight mishaps with our suv , and christian our state farm agent took care of us right away. He takes you in like a family member, and you sense that he really cares.. our issue was addressed, we left feeling like everything was going to be alright. Professional ,helpful and friendly, just what the community needs.

On Saturday morning, my husband got dressed, came out of the bedroom into the kitchen to put his shoes on when he noticed the bottom of his white socks were black. At first, we thought it was a possible failure with a fireplace or the furnace. However soon learned that a faulty shop vacuum was used when the fireplace was cleaned resulting in a layer of soot being spread over the entire first floor of our home. We started a claim with the main State Farm office and received minimal information as to what we could clean, if it was safe for us to remain in our home, etc. We needed more information, so we contacted Christian on a Saturday (late afternoon) and he was very helpful!! Their help when I had questions on possibly switching policies was great, but they really shined when I was rear ended and had no idea what to do. They calmed me down and made sure I got the immediate help I needed and have been wonderful in helping me get the continued help with repairs and medical bills. You can’t go wrong with this agent.

Customer service and doing what is right for the customer is the priority to Christian Becker State Farm. Christian is my husband and I have been there since the doors opened. Since the very start they have been about helping people. He has put effort into getting to know the community and cater towards their needs. This has been done not only in selling insurance but getting involved in the community and continuing to improve his knowledge of what is offered by State Farm. Eric and Derek are helpful and work to do what is best for their customers as well.
