Julia Myers went over and above to get my insurance on a new van from Carvana. Carvana would not accept the temporary insurance card and wanted a declarations page, which was so stupid, and they were giving me only 24 hours to get it before they canceled the sale. Not only did Julia get the declarations page, she got up on a Saturday, on her day off, to expedite this and sent it to me and then checked to make sure I got it and Carvana was finally satisfied.
