Christi Marsh - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Marsh since getting my first car on my own at 23. I'm now 35 and still using them. They have always been super helpful with any issue I have had. Recently, a deer superman flew into my car and damaged it. That same night, I got online through the app, submitted photos, got my rental, got my car shop all lined up. The team constantly called me throughout the process. Would recommend.

I guess I could go into a super long spiel, but I’ll leave it pretty simple. Kaylin was a very good agent to work with. Switched my landlord policy over in a matter of hours. Saved me $600/yr on the premium. I hadn’t looked at my insurance policy since I bought it 4 or 5 years ago, and randomly noticed what I was paying (it had almost doubled in 5 years, even though the house is only 5 years old). Christi didn’t keep me on the phone forever (I live in San Diego), we took care of most of it through email. She is much more responsive than I am. I would highly recommend her for the kind, attentive, courteous professional that she is.

Poor customer service. I shared a combined policy with my housemate. House and cars on the policy. My housemate was able to cancel my car insurance without my knowledge. By the time I found out, I had a policy lapse. When I called this office to question how they can do this, I was told “he said you were aware.” This was a malicious act and I was NOT aware what he had done. The fact that this office did not attempt to contact me to verify is concerning.

I worked with Kaylin in getting my new policy set up and she was awesome! She helped make sure I got all the discounts I qualified for as well as making sure I wouldn't run into any issues with having my vehicle insured here as it is registered in another state. At the end of the day, it was a great experience and I saved a few dollars thanks to Kaylin!
