I’ve officially requested to switch agents after repeated bad experiences with this State Farm office. Most recently, I called the day before going to the DMV to get a quote and prepare coverage for a vehicle I was planning to purchase. While at the DMV, I was told I couldn’t leave with a tag without insurance, so I called the office again. Jackie answered, and after I explained that I needed to add coverage, she placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. During that call, she asked if I had switched offices — likely because I had previously tried to, after a similar issue. This wasn’t the first time I’ve been left hanging. On a previous call, I was told I’d have to wait a full week just to get an answer when someone returned from being out of the office. That’s not just bad service — it’s l
