I recently had water damage due to the furnace’s expansion tank failing. I immediately went to State Farm, Chris Raffone’s office and spoke with Ms. Carolyn Jackson. Ms. Jackson immediately took charge and contacted Servpro- New Haven office. Due to the take charge and leadership by Ms. Jackson, Servpro was at the house within two hours. Having been with State Farm for many years this is my first claim. I have pets and it is extremely imperative I can not lose heat. I am very pleased with Ms. Jackson’s professionalism and working with Servpro and relieving the stress.
