Chris Lee: Allstate Insurance

So far so good. Kevin Boone is super nice and patient. Allstate was able to save me money on my insurance. Fortunately, I haven't had to file any claims. But I am confident that all would be handled properly.

I have my personal home, a few rental properties, and my car insurance with Chris Lee at Allstate. I cannot express enough how smooth him and his office have been. My son (who is I new driver) was in a terrible accident last October. The accident unfortunately was my son’s fault and there was lots of damage to multiple vehicles. Once I learned that everyone was ok, the fear of what this wreck was going to cost began to creep in. Chris answered all of my frantic calls and was always easy to speak with. He helped me get through one of the most terrible times of my life. I cannot thank Chris and Allstate enough for taking such good care of me and my family.

A covered event happened to my home and getting the actual claim paid out has been a total nightmare. The adjuster was horrible. He was dismissive and did just about everything to convince me not to follow through with my claim. He ended up having a screaming match with me and aggressively argued with my restoration company. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received anything to rebuild. They have measurements and documentation on what was damaged. They have my contractor's info. Nothing is being done until duplicate info is provided by my contractor. There is no sense of urgency or empathy for my family on getting this taken care of. My coverage amount is much less than it will cost me to get things back to the way they used to be. It's extremely misleading to file a claim th

Was having a couple troubles with insurance policy somebody else had gotten me started with! Well this morning I spoke to Megan & she took care of every problem I had. She even went the extra mile to help me with the app her customer experience is amazing!!! she is a blessing I appreciate her help this morning she really took care of every problem & question I had. For now on I will speak & go through Megan Thank you so much Megan !!!!!!!
