I feel like Christopher Hatfield is looking out for me. I appreciate the discount I get by using the Drive Wise App. The real test, however, is how Allstate will deal with me in the event of an accident or property damage. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim, as yet. Hopefully I will never have to. If the day comes when something bad happens, I expect to be in good hands. Thanks!
This appears to be a good insurance company. This is my first year with them and my experience is somewhat limited however they have treated me good and the agent is very cooperative and prompt.
Great service and timely communication from my agent Joseph BUT: TOO MANY EMAILS sent from management. Confusing messages about payments and policy reviews.
