What a FANTASTIC experience. They were so responsive and helpful. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got me quotes for my house and cars. Talk about a HUGE savings with the biggest and best insurance company. Wow. A special thx to Rose for her help and work in getting all this done so fast. Painless. They will not refund your excess premium back to you after you cancel. I've called and emailed multiple times since I cancelled with them in August and they still won't send it. The reason I cancelled is because they raised my rates 75% one year to the next with no claims.

Bruce was a great help as I tried to figure out all my insurance needs for me and my teenage son. He was thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable and communicative with terrific follow up. I'm truly grateful.

Bruce went above and beyond working for our family! Someone give him a metal for working out what he did for us! We had to move from another company to get better rates but I have been assured that the rates will stay good and we can form a lasting union with them. So grateful with my kids here in college and us moving back to NC!
