Chris Doughty - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would sincerely recommend considering a different State Farm agent in the area(I have been with state farm for over 10 years, just recently with Chris and his team though)—or perhaps exploring other insurance providers altogether. I heard of a local Maine car insurance company whom is wonderful to work with by both the insured and mechanics. In my experience, Chris and his team has been unusually difficult to work with. Communication is inconsistent, billing errors go unaddressed, and requests are often overlooked despite being clearly stated multiple times. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of follow-through from a company with State Farm’s reputation.

This Insurance Agency is top notch and its easy to see that hiring quality personal is priority 1...My personal insurance agent Ben Mullins is just simply tops in my book he just makes everything so easy to understand and is so personable as well as highly knowledgeable all rolled into one I have all my home and vehicle insurance with these guys and I'm not going anywhere ..they are simply the best!
