Gave me information about the process and then ran through all the other policies I had super convenient professional knew exactly. What a customer would like to know before asking. I gave her five stars!

Got auto and renters Insurance today. Angela got me a quote in about 10 minutes. She was very informative, answered all my questions and I signed up right away. The process was fast, easy, and at a great price. This is my first time with State Farm Insurance but so far so good. I got 100k/300k/100k coverage on auto and 100k on renters. A+ and would recommend. Tell them I sent you ;)

Today as always, (I’ve had State Farm Insurance since the 1970s) The call was answered quickly, the staff was friendly, Katie was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me clear, concise instructions that were easy for me to follow. It was a pleasure working with agent Angela Chavez this week. She was very patient and kind to answer all of my questions while we reviewed my policies thoroughly. While my homeowners insurance is exhorbitant due to CA fires history, she worked with me to find reasonable rates for my other policies. I do look forward to working with her in the future.
