My agent, Lesley, is the BEST! She is always available to talk to you on the phone and always willing to answer questions and advise on what coverage is the best option for YOU. I love how personal this agency is! When you call in, you get someone who knows you and has the desire to best serve you. It's not like a call center where you get whoever can answer the next call and answers you by just reading from a customer service manual...they always provide professional and personal service! I highly recommend this agency!

Do not use this agency!!! Find another agency who will actually call their clients back! I have had a claim now for about a year and a half. My actual agent seems to be avoiding talking to me. I finally got him on the phone and let him know I was not happy about his customer service. After telling him how he has not talked to me about my claim one time in 1.5 years, he said he would try to come up with a solution as to why the insurance company they stuck me with did not cover my whole roof when I should have been covered! He never called me back! They will take my money every month, but they will not follow up. Apparently they do not care that we are struggling with our insurance coverage!!! Can not say enough good things about Choice. My car wind was smashed on a road trip over a thousand miles from home. I called the office and gave my location and planned travel schedule. The agent found a great repair shop on my route and arranged the repair work. What a great person and company.
